OPT Denied

Hi! I sent my OPT request more than 90 days ago and left the US while I waited. My DOS issued a new I-20 while my OPT request was pending so I could go back to the US (the one I had with me was not signed). I was wondering if this new issue of the I20 could affect my OPT request? Since it is new and not sent with my application, does it invalidate the one I sent (that was endorsed for the OPT)? Or does it not affect at all? Really worried, thank you for any help you can give me.

I dint think it affects your application. The worst that could happen is that they will send you an RFE asking for your latest I-20
