DS160 form issue

Hi, I have filled the DS-160 form till the submit page. I have observed that the form did not ask me about my previous education and additional education information. I noticed in the sample DS-160 form that these questions are asked. Is there some problem with the internet connection or are these questions removed?

Please let me know regarding the same.

Completely and correctly answer whatever is asked to you and don't worry about the rest.
