Change of status H4-F1/Passport expiration
I will be filing a change of status with USCIS from US in early Dec. 2010, from h4 to f1. I have read that the process takes 3-6months and your passport is considered valid from six months of its actual expiration. My passport expires on 18th Nov. 2011. My question is will USCIS consider my passport validity from date of application of change of status or as and when my application is processed?
