Affidavit of Support

Hi, Could you please let me know regarding the Affidavit of Support? What is that. Is there any online or specific form? I am applying for an F-1 Visa on 9th June. Do I need this form?

Affidavit of support

If the person is in India, I think any notarized statement will do while if the person is in US it is I-131. Confirm it to be sure.

Hi ,

If you are staying in the US,it is the I-134 form. Which will be available online. You may also notarize the same to be more cautious.

In India its just any other statement which is notarized dully.

Affidavit of Support

I am F3 category and my dad petitioned for me and he cannot meet the income requirement for my family which is five of us, so I have my brother in law to file an affidavit of support as a joint sponsor.

Now I have two questions:
Firstly can he send his affidavit of support to the NVC or does he have to send it to my dad?

Secondly does my dad still have to file an affidavit of support on behalf of myself and family?

AOS and IV fees have been paid.
