Documents for Home country ties.

Hi,

Can you please advise which documents will come under Home Country ties.
I have the following documents :

1)Land and House Property in the name of my in-laws.
2)Land property in the name of my spouse and me


Can I show my personal bank account balance as a Home country tie ?

The full financial support for me is from my spouse (F1) who is in US.
