My sister is currently on F1 Visa and Spring 2005 (Jan - April) will be her last semester and she has registered for 1 credit hour (project) during this period. She is going to India on Dec 27 2004 and planning to return USA on March 26 2005. Will there be any problem while she is returning back because the semester is starting on January 14 2005 but she is coming on March 26 2005.
I am bit tensed about when she has to return back. Please let me know whether there will be any problem. Thanks in Advance.
