I've been pulling my hair out because of this for the last 2 weeks.
Here's my situation: I am an international student and my F1 is far from expired. I went home for summer and I didn't noticed that none of the flight agents retrieved my I-94 until I got on the airplane. Now I need to get a new visa since my current one is about to be expired in a few weeks, but I don't know if the I-94 is going to cause me problem getting a new visa.
What should I do? Any help or advice from anybody at all would be greatly appreciated.
