Change of status from H4 to F1
Hello,
Current Scenario : I am on H4 visa with a valid I-94 only until Apr 2020. My husband's H1b extension is progress. In the meantime I got confirmation for admission from Rutgers University, NJ.
Questions :
1. Can I apply for change of status from H4 to F1? As one of the documents required is I-94 which is expired in my case though I have a valid I-539 which shows that a case has been filed with USCIS for my H4 extension.
2. On an average, how much time does it take for change of status from H4 to F1?
Could anyone please help me with my queries?
