Hi,
I came to US on F-1 visa. My visa is still valid and I am in status,and currently I am doing a certification course, which has requirement that an undergraduate degree is must. I did my undergrad degree in Spring 2003. I availed my first OPT. As the OPT was about to expire, i took admission in the certification program, which states that after the program is completed, we can get OPT. Since I already have used 1 OPT, can I apply for the other OPT after I graduate from the certification course. I am under the same SEVIS #. Will I still be eligible to apply for OPT when I graduate. ........Suggestion and response will be greatly appreciated.
