No problem. You can explain the same to officers, if asked.

      visa query

      hi
i got my 5 yrs f-1 visa on an i-20 issued by an university in indianapolis, indiana. I entered the u.s on that visa in august and registered myself in the university too. But due to some personal issues had to return back to india in september. While returning my university put the "authorised early withdrawal" status on my sevis record.
Now i was planning on pursuing my higher studies in the u.s but in a different course at a different university in georgia, for the spring semester. Can i enter the u.s on the same f-1 visa?? and what procedures will i have to follow??pls guide..

That is not possible. You will need to get a new Visa since your previous Visa was for a different SEVIS ID and University.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
