Hi All,
Thanks in advance for your feedback and suggestions. I filled I-539 COS for H4 to F1 visa back in May. It's still in pending stage. Does anyone have any recent experience filling for I-539 from H4 to F1? Also, online most of the forums talks about sending/mailing documents to USCIS. However, I couldn't find any such information on USCIS they only asked me to submit documents online. Is this a fairly new process under covid? Any experience with this?
Lastly, it said there's going to be a biometric process but so far I have received no information in regard to Biometric. I've receive my receipt number and there's not much update on there.
