H1B to F1 starting in FALL 2020
I want to convert my H-1B to F-1 as I want to start school starting FALL 2020 (already got application accepted). Does anyone here know the steps involved with the H1B to F1 conversion and meanwhile I will file COS, can I start the school before the COS is approved? Also, do I have to go out of US to get the F1 stamped at any point of time throughout the process? Do I have to maintain the H1B till my F1 gets approved.\?
