Help Needed; Very very urgent; Mistake in DS-160

I have an F1 visa appointment in Chennai consulate, India on 28 june, 2010.
My first name is Kaviarasu. My surname is Govindaraju.
Just now I realised that I have entered in the DS-160 form as
First name : FNU
Surname : Kaviarasu Govindaraju

There is no spelling mistakes but I have tied my first name to my surname.
May i clear this discrepancy at the interview time with the interviewer? May i fill a new DS form now and bring the same to the Visa interview n show both the CEAC confirmations?
Should this be a serious problem? Also, it is impossible to cancel the appointment and fill a new DS form. Please I desperately need quick reply n help.

If possible, you can fill new DS form and reschedule interview with new bar code.

Else you can take new form to consulate and explain.

@sk4ih: it is too late to cancel the appointment. so will it be good to go with a new corrected CEAC confirmation and explain to the visa officer?
