Hello,
My OPT starts from Jan 15th, I also got a job and I wil be starting from Jan 15th, I am planning to get married in the month of March, the employer has agreed for the leave,
My questions are:
1.Can I make a trip to india during my OPT?
2.can I get my wife as F2 during OPT?
3.by chance if F2 is rejected, I am planning to apply for H1 in the first week of April under premium processing, once I get the approval can I send the H1 approval papers to my wife and can she get H4? or should my passport be stamped with H1 to get H4 visa?

also let me know the attorney for my H1 processing
