hello everyone,
hope you are doing good,
I am from India, right now doing my masters in Canada. I wish to do my double masters in the USA and I got admissions too. Earlier when I have arrived in Canada, within the first three months of my arrival I applied visitor visa to the USA twice and they got rejected stating that I did not completely establish myself in Canada. This is my last semester here and will complete my masters by this December. the master's program in USA starts from January 14th. so the questions are,
1. can I apply for a student visa before I get my end semester result?
2. is it advisable to apply from Canada ? because since I have exams here I could not travel to india.
3. any idea of such experiences of student visa from a third country?
