Change od Status from H1B to F2

Hi

I have applied for COS from H1b to F2 as my wife in on F1, however, got an RFE where USCIS is asking for "submit a statement and evidence detailing the effect your extended stay in the United States will have on your foreign residence"

What exactly we have to provide on this? could someone help us with understanding what needs to be done here?
