Marital status married or divorced in DS-160
Hello,
I have already filed for divorce on October 20th and it will take 3-4 months to complete the whole procedure. So I will get the divorce certificate maybe in January. I have to visit Bangladesh this month and apply for an F-1 visa renewal.
So I am confused about what should be my marital status in the DS-160 form if I fill-up the form today. Should it be divorced or married or legally separated? Please advise.
