F1 Visa immigration

Hi,

I am married and on my F1 Visa. My husband is on H1b I am planning to go to India in May 2021 after completing my master degree. While coming back to US from India in July 2021 with my husband, if I have my EAD but no job offer, will it cause any immigration problem?

Yes, it may depending on how many days you have been unemployed. The closer you are to 60 days of unemployment the more likely there will be an issue.
