Sir or ma’m,
My son has applied for student visa on june 21st 2010. His application has been denied on basis that he has not submitted his first pass port.
I want to tell you that he came to USA on his mom ‘s pass port which had been sent to your San Francisco office. That office put up stamp on 2nd pass port issued June 14,1993 which says that previous pass port issued by Chandigarh on 17-10-1987. has been canceled and returned ans is not attached with it. My son has submitted that passport and his name also appeared on that pass port too. Once we have submitted the first passport we understand that your office has the record. Why your office is asking again to give first pass port back. No body gave us any instruction to keep first passport in possession. Once we submitted to your office how come your office has not record.
Please explain to me and make him eligible for student visa and pio card. If not why I need explanation
