Hi,
I have an F1 visa expires on 9th Aug 2010. I am currently working on OPT EAD which allows me to work till Feb 9th 2011. I have no intentions of staying the USA for that long. I am building flight time experience as a pilot to be able to work back home. I plan to go back to India to pursue a couple of exams while during my OPT status. Employer has accepted my request and I am currently trying to see as to how can I renew my F1 visa till the OPT Validity?
Can I leave the country within the period of now and when my VISA F1 expires to appear for exams back home and come back to US and continue my work. I have an offer letter and I can attest that I currently work at the Flight School for Employment Verification. What are my options?
