Sponsorship for F1 Visa Interview

My fiancé will be going for a masters in US and I had this question regarding the sponsorship:
1. I have stayed in US for last 7 years on H1B and moved back to india for good in March 2019, I wanted to sponsor her using the money that I still have in the US bank accounts there.
2. She had mentioned this in the DS 160 that I will be sponsoring her.
3. In addition to that she has already secured a education loan sanction letter from a bank in India

My questions:
1. Will it be a problem or considered as an intent to immigrate if I sponsor her using the money and showing bank accounts from US?
2. If yes, then can she show the sanction letter (covers 80% of the total expenses) and rest 20% in her bank accounts and say that she will sponsor it herself?
3. What will be the best approach to answer the "who will sponsor your education?" question in her case.

Here is my thought on your question.

Answer: It might be problem as you show US account for funds.
2. If yes, then can she show the sanction letter (covers 80% of the total expenses) and rest 20% in her bank accounts and say that she will sponsor it herself?
Answer: This is really best idea to move forward.
3. What will be the best approach to answer the "who will sponsor your education?" question in her case.
Answer: second question and answer has answer for this question.
