Help! professionals ,Applying F2 visa for kid with an expired F1 Visa stamped on passport
I am planning to schedule her F2 visa for my 12 years old kid. His dad will stay in my country.
I was in a full time masters program for 2 years, but could not finish it because of Covid situation and transferred to another ESL school 7 months ago. I am planning to get F2 (dependent) I-20 /with 1 year duration / from my current school.
F1 visa stamp has expired in this month. So, will it be a problem for my kid to get an F2 visa approval?
Also does school transfer effect badly for visa approval?
Marriage activation or divorce is impact for visa approval?
If everything is good, could I plan it after 5-12 months?
Or might earlier visa application is better?
