Dear Sir/Madam,
I am studying at school in Hawaii as M-1 student.
I got M-1 Visa on my I-94 which is expire SEP/5/2010 at Honolulu Airport therefore have been studying at the same school since last Sep until second week of Jun although, school administrator suddenly gave me the notice that my original class(Graduated at April) was already finished so need to leave US immediately. This was happen just a couple weeks ago. I was so upset.
When I see my M-1 Visa on my passport, I feel there is nothing wrong and also took another class at the same school after graduation. School did not tell me at that time.
I thought that I could stay and study until Sep/5/2010 so was suppose to take another class at Aug and then going back to my country.
In this case,
Do I have to leave US ASAP? Can I stay and study in US until Sep.5?
If my M-1 Visa was expired, how I can extend my stay?
If I leave US, when I can enter US?
I would like to know those answers as soon as possible. I am looking
forward to hearing from you very soon.
Thank you so much.
