    need help

    Hi,
    I am on H1B and it is going to expire in a month.
    If i apply I539 before my I94 expiry , Is that legal to stay in US.


    Can i get the COS approval from INS or is there any problem to get that.

    I had all the original documents what the INS need regarding H1 to F1
