HELP: US Visa Online Appointment Portal Glitch!
I'm unable to book a Consulate Interview despite attending OFC (biometric) interview on 25 April, 2021.
The problem: The system shows the OFC scheduling calendar instead of the Consulate Interview Scheduling calendar when I try to find dates, as if to say I'm a first time applicant when that is clearly not the case.
Don't want to 'double-book' an OFC interview and add to the confusion. Anyone else having this problem?
