My wife got I-20 from her university recently.she submitted I-134 for getting I-20 from the university. Now she has to apply for F-1.
    My question here is:

Does she needs to fill I-134(affidavit of support) to USCIS also?
According to the new I-134 available online(exp 05/31/2011) at USCIS website, there is no column for notary to sign,it just has column at the end of the form for sponsor to sign.If it is required to fill that form for F-1,is there a need to get it notarized?

    Please share your experience!!

    Thanks

I am just starting this process myself.

I got my USC girlfriend to fill two I-134's, one for the college and one for the UCSIS. She got them both notarised at her local bank. The notary did their thing at the bottom right of the second page next to where my girlfriend signed.
