DUI on F1

I am on f1 visa and was arrested in DUI case in Aug 2019 near Boston. I approached criminal lawyer to deal with this and He helped in getting the verdict as Not Guilty but I was charged with reckless driving. Now, my H1 b got picked and got an RFE. I am waiting for their reason for RFE. I have couple of questions here,
1. An arrest on f1 visa for DUI gets the visa revoked?
2. Is there any chance that approving H1 visa takes into consideration this DUI?

Please see my response below.
1. An arrest on f1 visa for DUI gets the visa revoked?
Answer: I don't really think so. If you have court order, with that you can proceed ahead.. And also, I hope you would have discussed about this with Immigration lawyer at the time of H1B filing.. Even if you get RFE regarding this, there is possibility to over come.. Please co-ordinate with Immigration and criminal lawyer if you get anything on this.
2. Is there any chance that approving H1 visa takes into consideration this DUI?
Answer: Hope you will get approved.. But, my concern is, when you go for Visa Stamping interview, Officer may surely raise the question on this.. I see, people with DUI got Visa approval but they got many questions during Interview..
Whenever you go for Visa stamping, you will need to provide these details through DS 160 form..
