Second F1 visa interview

Hi,

I graduated with Masters from a reputed university in 2019 and worked on OPT for 12 months. Due to unfortunate conditions, I was unable to file my STEM OPT Extension on time because of which it was denied. My employer filed for an MTR (Motion to Reconsider) my case which was denied after 5 months. I have applied for a day 1 CPT course to pursue an MBA degree and have my interview scheduled. Any advice on my approach for the interview would be much appreciated? What are the chances of them approving my second F1 visa?
