How to chnge from H4 to F1 status

can some one please let me know the process involved.

2 options
First get admitted into a SEVIS approved school, get an I-20 from them.
1. File I-539 with the USCIS. Search for the form and instructions on the web. Also read Visas section of this website.
2. Leave the country, get an F1 Visa (preferrably in home country) and return with that visa up to 30 days before the start date on I-20.
