Query about the picture

Hi,

I need to get my F1 stamping done & I have a question about the photo specifications.

I know that below are the specifications to "upload" the picture in DS 160:

* A .jpg file between 600x600 and 1200x1200 pixels
* Less than 240kbs
* Not digitally altered

But before uploading I first need to "take" a picture at a photo shop, so can someone pls give me the specifications for this..?
