Dropped out from one university, joining another after 4 years

Hi, I attended a university in US in 2017. But I dropped out and returned to India. My F1 visa is still valid till May 2022. Now, I have been admitted to a new college starting in January 2022. Do I need to apply for a new F1 visa?

yes ...and renew SEVIS...and be prepared to explain truthfully why you won't drop out again.

Of course Yes. You will have to follow the same process again from the scratch you did for first F1 visa.
