I hav converted my h4 visa to f1 in jan 04. And I am almost finished with my coursework. But the problem is I am not eligible for opt If I will finish my coursework in summer. I need to be full time student for one acdemic year to apply for opt. Is that true? Due to this constraint, I have to postpone my graduation till dec 05,which I dont want to do. So pls help me what should I do?
