F1 visa renewal appointment

Hi,
I'm on STEM OPT extension and I urgently need to visit India but my visa is expired. I'm trying to get an appointment. I can see appointments online but once I hot submit- it says not available. Also visa priority showed only 2 options- ' previously refused' and 'first time application' neither of which are true in my case - so I chose the second option. Anyone else facing such issues? Is there a way out? I appreciate any help, thank you.
