I am applying for F1 visa. What to fill under this question in DS-160?
I have had a consultancy submit H1B Registration for me recently. I do not know if it is picked in the lottery or not. I only have beneficiary number starting with 2023-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.
However, I do not want to go ahead with it. What should I answer in this?
If it is a 'yes', does it negatively impact my F1 visa?
