Name mismatch: Appointment Made by and applicant name mismatch Please help

On completion of my F1 visa application and downloading the confirmation, I see the 'Applicant name' and 'Appointment made by' names to be different. The 'appointment made by' is my name followed by another name. Will this cause any issues?

Please help
