Can i opt for h1b visa provided i already have f1 visa stamped

Hi,

I need a clarification regarding the below:
I have a f1 visa stamped already in my passport but my company is offering me an onsite opportunity which I would like to grab and make use of. Will i be able to accept the onsite opportunity and attend the H1B interview in this situation? Or will that be a problem to go as i already have an f1 Visa stamped?
