Hello. I'm currently in the US on STEM OPT. My wife, who's currently my dependent and on F2, recently got admission into a Master's program. She is preparing her F1 visa application. My question is should we book an appointment in our home country OR go to Canada? We have Canadian PR, but we've never lived in Canada.
If we go back home, it will be much more expensive but there will be lower risk since it is our 'home' country. If we go to Canada, it will be significantly cheaper, but I don't know if that increases the risk of rejection.
Looking for advice. Thanks.
