I have a fall 2022 admission and I deferred to Spring 2023. I currently have visa appointments scheduled in July for Fall admission. I am aware the I-20 will be invalid and I have to reschedule appointments for October/November.
Questions:
1) Assuming I have to fill a new DS-160 after getting my Spring I-20, can I reschedule my appointments and just update the new DS-160 confirmation number on traveldocs profile?
2) Right now the appointments are open only until August and I believe I will get my new I-20 only after October. So what is my best option here? reschedule appointments a couple of times or should I cancel the appointments and schedule new appointments when they are available in Oct/Nov?
3)If I cancel the appointments now, is the visa fees valid or do I have to pay again?
