Hello All,
Can we apply for F1 visa within 1 month of H4 visa approval before the first travel to US.
The H4 appointment was booked months ago due to limited visa slot availability and in the mean I got an admit for a master's degree.
My earlier plan to was apply for change of status to F1 after reaching US but I was suggested that it is not recommended.
1) Any comments on F1 visa approval chances
2) And if I can travel to US without issues on H4 stamped visa even if F1 is rejected.
3) If F1 is rejected, can I continue to study masters on H4 visa.
Kindly suggest.
