I currently have a F1 visa from my undergraduate, it will expire on July 2010. I am now continuing my study on a Master's degree on the same university, still with my undergraduate visa. I plan to come back home this December 2010 and want to apply visa for my Master's although it haven't expired yet (it will in 6 months).
I am filling out my DS-160 and there is a question that asks "Have you ever been in the US? Provide information on your last five U.S. visits." I often went back to my home country during my undergraduate (once a year). So does this mean that I need to list all the previous 5 dates that I came back into the US from my home country (i.e: fill out the date with the date that the US immigration office has stamped on my passport when coming in?) Or is it just the date that I first visit the US?
