Am I eligible for OPT Extension???

I am doing MS program. Due to financial problems, I couldn't finish my MS, so I applied for OPT and worked on it for 1 year. Later filed for H1B and worked for 2 years.
Now financial situation is stable, so I am back on F1 to complete my remaining MS program. I will be graduating this December. Previously I used 1 year of OPT. Will I be eligible for OPT extension? (remaining 17 months extension I guess)

In general it is expected that one must apply for extension during the approved post-comp OPT. Since you do not have any post-completion OPT, you may not be able to get extension. But if your SEVIS code has changed and you are treated as a new SEVIS student, you may be eligible for the entire 29 months. Check with your school's DSO or consult an experienced attorney.
Also, your degree must be one of the STEM degrees (compare your degree code on your I-20 with degree code list on ICE website) and you must find an eVerified employer.
