Hi, I am USA citizen and planning to file GC for my parents. Meanwhile my brother is planning to come on student visa. Should I wait for my parents GC until he gets student visa? Will officer know that my parents GC application is submitted and affect my brothers student visa? I am planning to file GC when my parents will be in India.
