My Visa de Long Sejour (Long Stay Permit Visa) for France was rejected after 3.5 months. I was an Erasmus Mundus student and I was supposed to move to Poland in January for my second semester. Now I can go straight to Poland to begin my study, but I don't know if I can apply for visa in another Schengen country?
My French visa application was not s Schengen visa and I couldn't go to Poland with that visa unless I get a French residence card. But now the Polish embassy in Tehran tells me I can't apply for Polish visa for 6 months. The French embassy itself will accept my application in two months and it says that my name and record of my visa rejection is not recorded in the Schengen information system. I don't know if I can apply in Polish embassy or not. Please help me.
