Hi,
I came here on F1 visa, and later on I was on OPT for 1 year, which got expired and with the grace period, SEVIS HELP DESK told me to deport to India by Nov 7th. But before that I got another I-20, but was not able to register at the new University as it is mentioned that they cannot do it if the gap is more than 30 days of the starting date of classes. So DSO at the new university suggested e to go back to India and come after 1 month. So my question is if I go will there be any problem while I return to USA with the same Visa which is good for 2 more years or I have to change the visa in India.
