DS 160 form error

I always get the following error when trying to continue my application for DS 160, anyone else?

An unexpected error has occurred while processing your previous request. The error has been reported to the site administrator

The website is slow and drops connections some time. Keep trying and check your Browser. Try to use IE if possible, although other browsers are said to be compatible, I have experience them fail sometimes.
