Hi,
I am currently in my sixth year of H1.I am also pursuing part time MBA.My Green Card application is in the Labor stage.I need to stick with my current employer until the GC gets approved ie easily another two years at the earliest.
My question is :
If I quit my job and move to a full time student status:
Will I get an F1?
If yes,does that mean that I can get an H1 after completing education and get another six years on the H1 without leaving the country????
