I am currently a Ph.D student in the USA. I am getting married in the month of December 2010. Though my visa expired I have a valid I-20 till 2015 from my institution. So I need to renew my visa when I visit India in the month of December. At the same time I want to bring my wife to the USA on F2 visa. My question is : I already paid HDFC fee and mentioned about my fiance in my application.
Do I need to fill up an another DS-160 form for my wife?
Do I need pay HDFC fee separately for my wife?
How many applications do I need to submit?
Where do I get an option to add my wife on my application for F2?

Your wife will have to fill her own application. It is a separate application with separate fees.
But both of you can take the interview together. For this, you will book your appointment and then add dependents to the same appointment.
