Dear Sir

Thanks for the answer, well I did some work on OPT but it was a volunteer. But, after finishing off OPT I didn't went back to India.

Rather, I waited for 183 days and then I went back before the completion of F-1 visa.

So, again the question stands whether I will be eligible to apply for a Fresh F-1 visa to pursue my PhD degree or not?

Please, your answers are extremly valuable to me...
