I have a few questions regarding the DS 160 form and my chances of obtaining a student visa:

1. My immediate relative has been living in the USA for the past three years as a spouse of a US citizen, but has not yet applied for a change in status. What should I indicate as their status in the DS 160 form?
2. My other immediate relative is also married to a US citizen, has an EAD, and is currently undergoing a change of status process. What status should I list for them in the DS 160 form?
3. How will my relatives' status affect my developerbookchat chances of obtaining a student visa, considering that I will not be studying in the same city as them?
