USPS might have lost my EAD card

Hi all, I got approved for OPT and last Friday it said my EAD was delivered but I still have not received it. I went to the post office and they didn’t have it on them. They said it was likely on the way but it’s Thursday and it still hasn’t arrived yet. I contacted USPS and they said according to them, it was delivered and they even asked the mailman who said they delivered it . I have video proof from my apartment to show nobody came around that time. I am really freaking out because I start my medical residency next month and this EAD is extremely important as H1b won’t be ready until a few months from now. I don’t know if I should reapply or call USCIS. Please help

A receipt for an I-765 to replace a lost EAD should be acceptable for the I-9 for 90 days after hire.
